Shipping policy

Albania Global products are made to order. Production for the WE ARE heavyweight T-shirt normally takes 2–5 business days before dispatch. A different production time applies only when it is stated on the relevant product page or at checkout.

Where we ship

Available destinations are determined at checkout from the delivery address and selected product. If checkout does not offer a shipping option to an address, we cannot accept delivery to that address at that time.

Shipping cost and estimated delivery

Available shipping options, their price and the estimated delivery are displayed at checkout before payment. The total amount collected by Albania Global is shown before the order is placed. Estimated delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by production, carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control.

For EU consumers, delivery should take place within 30 days unless a different delivery period has been agreed. Mandatory rights relating to late or failed delivery are not limited by this policy.

Tracking and delivery issues

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address supplied with the order. Please enter the delivery address carefully. Contact info@albaniaglobal.com promptly if an address is wrong; an amendment is not guaranteed after production or fulfilment has started.

If an order is late, lost, arrives damaged or tracking shows an unexpected delivery event, email info@albaniaglobal.com with the order number. For EU consumers, Albania Global remains responsible for the goods until delivery as required by applicable law.

Taxes and import charges

Taxes or duties collected by Albania Global are shown at checkout. Depending on the fulfilment origin and destination, a public authority or carrier may lawfully impose an import-related amount that was not collected at checkout. Albania Global does not add an undisclosed shipping fee after payment. Contact info@albaniaglobal.com before ordering if the destination cost is unclear.
