Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide through a trusted network of production partners. Whenever possible, your order is matched with a suitable partner closer to its destination. Product availability, delivery methods, prices and estimated times depend on the item and destination and are confirmed at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Many orders to Australia, Canada and Switzerland arrive approximately 5-16 days after production. Orders to Albania and Kosovo can take approximately 13-35 days after production. Some products may take longer. Delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

How long does production take?

Most orders are prepared within 2-5 business days. Every item is made for your order, and production time is separate from the delivery estimate shown at checkout.

Are all products available in every country?

Not always. Product availability and shipping rates are confirmed at checkout. Some accessories may be unavailable in specific destinations while we improve our international partner network.

Will I pay import duties or taxes?

International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes or handling fees. When applicable, these charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Why do you work with distributed production partners?

Working with a distributed partner network helps us reduce unnecessary stock and waste and, where possible, shorten the distance between production and the customer.

Can I return an item?

Because every item is made for your order, returns are handled according to our refund policy. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, contact us at info@albaniaglobal.com with your order number and clear photos.

How do I choose my size?

Check the size guide on the product page before ordering. For a looser streetwear fit, consider sizing up.
